Pattern Palette – 30-Day Return Policy

At Pattern Palette, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return with Pattern Palette. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, tags, and instructions.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

The following items are non-returnable at Pattern Palette:

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items or anything marked “final sale”

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact Pattern Palette Customer Support at elisabeth@pattern-palette.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to Pattern Palette without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once Pattern Palette receives and inspects your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product from Pattern Palette, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Pattern Palette order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at elisabeth@pattern-palette.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
